Agent was couteous and well informed. Vehicle pick-up was fast. Return and airport shuttle was also quick even though crowded.
Had a great experience with Charlie rental company. The first SUV we had ended up with a flat tire due to a pothole. We are able to receive another SUV as a replacement within 90 minutes of having flat. We did have to have to pay for tire. But they only charged what a tire should cost. It was $90. They took this from deposit. Overall it was a good experience. They didn't try and find damage where it did not exist like other car rental companies. I can appreciate that.

I have been using Charlie's Car rental service for 2 decades and have always been pleased with their service and friendliness.
Office space is a little tight.
Beware: staff will tell you you don't have to fill the tank when returning the car, bc their price for gaz is lower. What they don't explain clearly is that there are 3 options: you fill it, they charge you A FULL tank, or a HALF tank. We thought you only pay the price to fill the tank. So, we returned it half full, and they wanted to charge us a full tank, but again, without explaining anything clearly. We found this to be deceiving and borderline dishonest.
