Hello, on the pick up it was prompt, but to return to airport it took too long!

I would especially like to thank the woman who helped me when I went to pick up the car. I can't remember her name, but she was incredibly helpful, clear and patient with me and all my questions. In contrast, when I returned the car, someone else was working that day, and in observing him help another customer along with his interaction with me, I did not see that similar warmth and comprehensive customer service taking place.
We have been renting from Charlie Car Rental for 6 years. The vehicle that we just rented was the best that we have had in the small sedan category. Everything worked very well. Pickup service at BQN was great. Van was waiting for out flight to arrive. We wish the drop-off fee from renting at BQN and dropping the car at SJU and viceversa was a little bit less. Their toll charge mechanism works very well for us.
This is our number one choice when traveling to Aguadilla.
