My flight kept getting delayed & I kept calling Charlie to change my pick up time, the staff was great about it. Every time I go to PR I only rent from Charlie because the customer support is awesome.
Cars could be a little cleaner inside. Also, the two narrow steps in you pick bus are dangerous. My wife fell off when exiting at the airport on January 13th. I was holding her hand so I fell down as a result and injured my arm. You should also have a first aid kit in your busses. We had to buy band aids at the airport.
We always use Charlie Car Rental when we come to PR! It's a great value!
We love renting from Charlie's, but I do not like it that you advertise by placing a sticker on the car. It is an invitation to thieves to break in. Please stop. This practice, I doubt this will be read.
