We returned the car very early as our flight was very early. Staff was available and helpful. We got to the airport quickly and on time.
Been renting from Charlie Rent A Car for many years. They always give you their best: best rate, best available car, best smile. The staff is knowledgeable and will go out of their way to accommodate your needs. The cars are always clean.
Have been using Charlie Cars for years, and will continue to do so! I also recommend it to anyone visiting the island since Charlie Car does not show-up in general search engines for car rentals. I don't remember his name, but remembered the young man that drove me to the airport; says he's been working for Charlie Cars now almost 10 years. That says A LOT about this company! Will see you next time I'm back!

The agency is conveniently located. The staff was also very good and knowledgeable. I was disappointed that I was quoted a price of $700.00 and ended up paying over $300.00 more. The fees and other charges should also be explained. I read their contract well and was prepare to avoid any other charges but they got me anyways. I brought my insurance policy and all but they added other fees that were not explained on the online transaction.
