Holiday rate a little to high...
Very accommodating!
The agency is conveniently located. The staff was also very good and knowledgeable. I was disappointed that I was quoted a price of $700.00 and ended up paying over $300.00 more. The fees and other charges should also be explained. I read their contract well and was prepare to avoid any other charges but they got me anyways. I brought my insurance policy and all but they added other fees that were not explained on the online transaction.

Very efficient service
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They droped our booking 1 houer after booked time. Even though our flight was late och bags too. I had informed them about our flight number.

Will rent again
After I rented, I returned the car with a full tank. Apparently, when I drove from the gas station to the rental, some gas was obviously spent, so I was met with attitudes and sarcasm about me filling up the tank. That was no way to treat a customer who just rented a car for 3 weeks.
