Will rent again
After I rented, I returned the car with a full tank. Apparently, when I drove from the gas station to the rental, some gas was obviously spent, so I was met with attitudes and sarcasm about me filling up the tank. That was no way to treat a customer who just rented a car for 3 weeks.
The place to go for car renting in Puerto Rico,hands down

Waited for over one hour at Condado office due to only one attendant. Office too small for waiting customers. In Isla Verde, waited for 20 minutes for airport shuttle to come back.

I've been renting with Charlie for awhile now I was disappointed with the vehicle it was missing all 4 hub caps when I asked to get into a different vehicle they said it was140 dollars more to get into the next vehicle also the car we rented was 2012 there was no charging port for my phone and I rely on my google maps to get around that's why I wasnt happy with Charlie this time around I was very disappointed .
Everytime I go to PR on vacation I always rent a car at charlie car rentar do to the fact that they always have the best price ever and because the staff are always nice and very profferional
Well located close to the airport, efficient shuttle. I will rent with Charlie again!
