Everyone was very helpful, from pick-up to drop-off. Car was perfect for what we wanted.
I understand a company trying to save on purchase and fuel. However, buying and renting a three cylinder vehicle for Puerto Rico's topography (hills and mountains) is a non-sense. The car can barely hold 4 person and I was the heaviest of all at 151 lbs. I know It was a 2017 vehicle but still below expectation especially when you look at other rentals and you see what they can offer.
Would rent again and office is walking distance to where I stay.

Very good experience. Shuttle driver was literally asleep at the wheel. Ran into the curb dropping us off at the airport.
The gentlemen that helped me was funny, nice and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy telling me I should purchase this insurance or add on insurance like I've experienced nor did he try to get me to upgrade the vehicle. This was the best experience I've ever had renting a car. Definitely will recommend them to friends and will use them again in the future.
We were super satisfied with our experience. It was very easy and had more of a mom and pop feel so we felt like we mattered. We will use them again.
The car was small & cheap for the money. It wasn't properly checked over & cleaned before given to us. If you rent a car in Puerto Rico you would expect the windshield fluid to be full and the windshield wipers to work. We were on the other side of the island when it started to rain & had to pull over with the downfall because our wipers were old & there was not any fluid. This happened several times. We shared this with Charlie's & they could've cared less.
Great service, I will definitely use Charlie again next time.
