Staff pushed the pre-paid toll fee on me without clearly whether one could just pay the toll by cash.
I still don't know whether this daily expense was worth while.

Waited 20 minutes to get shuttle to airport upon rental return. I found better rates from Alamo on airport for larger car
Had a wonderful experience with my car rental in Puerto Rico. The driving directions were helpful in navigating the roads in and out of Condado. the gentleman in the office was courteous and efficient.
