We had a very enjoyable experience renting from Charlie Car Rental in Puerto Rico for 75 days, and would warmly recommend them to our friends and family. The service was great, the price was the most competitive and the cars we rented were new.

The experience was great. From pickup at the airport to return of the vehicle, the staff was exceptionally pleasant and courteous. The vehicle was clean. I highly recommend this car rental company and I will use you again and again. You earned my business.
When we went to return the car the staff accused us of going through a toll and charged $10 even though we told him that we did not go through a toll. He did not want to hear it!! We rented the car for 3 week and had rented before but after this accusation we will never rent from you again!!! The staff didn't even attempt to believe us!!! So...for $10 you lost hundreds!!!

The other local agencies hiked up prices and fees but Charlie's quotes were exactly what we paid, they had great communication with us and we would recommend them to anyone that was traveling as we were.
Staff was competent and not overbearing re : pushing insurance . Car ran well, no problems.
