Loved it
only issue was I brought the car back as tire was loosing air and they should have checked it as it had a slow leak and I had to keep filling it up.
Also when I received the car it didn't have any washer fluid in it which is a problem with all the bugs.
I have bee renting from you guys for like 20 years and am always happy. There was some issues now but in general all was great.
My favorite thing about Charlie Car rental is the prices and the courtaous staff. Been renting for the apst 10 years with them!and its always great service!
The rental office place is not in a comfortable area.
Charlie car rental staff are very friendly and professional, their rates are the lowest, other rental companies were charging me more for less days. I'll always rent from Charlie Car Rental every time I visit Puerto Rico!

Overall the experience want great but it wasn't awful either. Next time I rent a car in San Juan, I'll research my other options before renting through Charlie.
Absolutely no problems with the reservation or car. I was unaware of the complimentary ride to the airpot, which was an added bonus!!! VERY pleasant & helpfyl staff.
