I had used Charlie in the past and was marginally happy and a bit reluctant to rent again but the rates quoted were so good I decided to try again. I was very pleasantly surprised at all the improvements that have been made. The van arrived quickly, the counter staff was excellent, the car in great shape, and the overall experience much improved. I fly into Aguadilla monthly and frequently have to rent a car. I will certainly use Charlie next month. Thanks for the improvements.

Always great! Aguadilla is better customer service though, those guys are great! I was disappointed in the treatment given in San Juan- waited 45 minutes after I called to be picked up and received some rude workers (not the guy who checked me in). Prices can't be beat but if you can make the trip to aguadilla go there for the exceptionally nice staff!!
