The car was very dirty inside.
WE HAVE RENTED FROM CHALIES FOR A FEW YEARS AND THE STAFF IS ALWAYS VERY COURTEOUS. THEY TAKE CARE OF US RIGHT AWAY, CARS ARE CLEAN. WE HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS. THANK YOU.

I was obligated an insurance for $14.99 per day, even though I have a Black Signature card that has all type of insurance for car rentals I have rented cars in avis and hertz without the rental insurance.. If its going to be obligated, should be stated that on the web page, since is NOT optional according to your clerk.
Deposit, there is still a charge of the full deposit on my card, even though there was done a refund, it has not been reflected.
Will never recommend you guys.
We were quoted $45 on Monday;but the following day it was $59. We would have gone elsewhere; but, gratefully he told us that we might get a better price if we checked online. So, that is the way we went and were pleasantly surprised.
I was handed the keys & told to find the car in the lot by the license plate number; but, had the clerk walked out with me to point out the car and tell me that the emergency brake was engaged, then it would have been a better PR experience.

I secured a car online for a good price but when I showed up they said it never came through on there end. I had to wait two hours for them to try and fix it then I came back and had to waste more of my time the next day
I rented a brand new car! I always have awesome experience.
