It was fast and easy and very comfortable getting to the rental office they are very efficient, I always rent there when I go to Puerto Rico and tell my family and friends to rent there

Overall, great. However, I was informed that GPS would be available for $10 a day, but when we arrived we were told they didn't have them. Our phones didn't work so I would have liked to be more prepared for it.

Charlie car was a great experience. The staff walked me through the renting process efficiently. I left my iPhone in the car when I dropped off the car. When I noticed I had been dropped off at the airport already. I called back in and the staff searched for the phone and even brought it back to me! Exceptional staff and I will definitely rent from here again.
