Opted for the full insurance coverage. We couldn’t find other agencies with the complete coverage and the price for the rental was competitive. We’d use them again.
The vehicle that I reserved wasn't available, but a different one was available, but wasn't better. I needed to contact Charlie car rental and exchanged the vehicle. after the changed , the vehicle was great. In previous rental from Charlie, the vehicle rented has not been in good conditions. Also, the cleaning is very poor. I mentioned to the attendance in my last reservation. Otherwise, the staff has been very courteous.
Always a great experience here. Bilingual knowledgeable staff. Shuttle to airport minimal wait. Wouldn’t rent anywhere else when in PR!
