I was issued a vehicle with safety concerns, vehicle tires were bald, worn out, the vehicle was not clean. Had to call the agency to file a complaint to re issue me another vehicle. I was asked to take the vehicle part to the car rental which was located 1 1/2 away from my location. I was transferred to another agency in Aguadilla, they finally offered to bring another vehicle but I had to meet them half way, made me wait an hour to exchange a vehicle given to me that was in poor condition.
Staff would be more friendly with customers.
It was extremly satisfactory the whole experience. I have rent from Charlie several times.
Returning the car was easier and the staff was helpful.
could you put some signs between the rental office and Aquadilla airport? it's a difficult place to find! I really liked the Mirage compact car - handles well
