Charlie rentals was fantastic! I had to adjust my reservation the night before, and they were very accommodating. They accepted my insurance information without a fuss, and also explained how the toll system works in Puerto Rico, saving me a lot of hassle!
The car was clean and in top condition, and upon returning the vehicle, we were taken promptly to the airport in their courtesy shuttle. I HIGHLY recommended using Charlie for your rental needs!
I went to pick up the car and the office was closed. I had to lend a car from a family member.

Excellent customer service, great vehicles already recomended this place to a couple of my friends fliying to PR soon. It took less than 30 min. Since i was picked from the airport to start driving to my destination in my nice and clean rented vehicle.

The person was late getting back from lunch. Tried to sell me everything. Was irritated with me. When I looked at car it was in rough shape. Told him about dent. He sighed and said look at the yellow paper. I didn't realize you catalogued your scrapes and dents. I left feeling like I had done something wrong. When I returned the car the man was so very nice. How hard is it to be polite. Your pricing is excellent, and location great. Tks for asking. Sue
