Best local car rental company in Puerto Rico.
Charlie's was awesome! The only frustration was just the people in line before us when we arrived to pick up our car. It took them awhile to get things taken care of. But once we got up to the desk we were taken care of quickly and promptly!

This is my second time when he would charge me the first time was not a very good experience the first original car that he bought still not working and the second car that I get souls in the middle of a highway then I get a worst car than what I have received decided to give you a second chance and read that again an emergency and I requested a sedan end up getting a hatchback what you have to be change this time it was a much better car and I do admit I was treated better

Charlie rentals was fantastic! I had to adjust my reservation the night before, and they were very accommodating. They accepted my insurance information without a fuss, and also explained how the toll system works in Puerto Rico, saving me a lot of hassle!
The car was clean and in top condition, and upon returning the vehicle, we were taken promptly to the airport in their courtesy shuttle. I HIGHLY recommended using Charlie for your rental needs!
