Excellent customer service, great vehicles already recomended this place to a couple of my friends fliying to PR soon. It took less than 30 min. Since i was picked from the airport to start driving to my destination in my nice and clean rented vehicle.
Charlie car rental was great to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
The person was late getting back from lunch. Tried to sell me everything. Was irritated with me. When I looked at car it was in rough shape. Told him about dent. He sighed and said look at the yellow paper. I didn't realize you catalogued your scrapes and dents. I left feeling like I had done something wrong. When I returned the car the man was so very nice. How hard is it to be polite. Your pricing is excellent, and location great. Tks for asking. Sue
Absolutely fantastic car rental agency.
I rent here all the time and we travel a lot this place give us better prices then other places so I do recommend Charlie car rental to all my friends.
