First car got a flat. The tire was already plugged once before I left the rental center and left on the car. I had to return the car. I was told to wait for a mechanic to change the tire while lots of personnel stood around listening to my issue. I opted for a car and it was replaced with a new car after being told that I had to fill the gas tank before that would happen. No compensation for the trouble I had to swap out the flat. I was not happy. Why do you leave a plugged tire on a car?

It is always a pleasure renting from charlie. What i find is that they do not put refresher cent inside vehicule when they smell like cigaretts and very bad smell.
My wife and myself have rented from charlie since 2006, and several times, we have received confirmation for a certain vehicle and upon pickup it is not available.
