Great service one word of advice should have a return line when busy not have both pick up and drop off in the same line especially when time is limited for airport drop off
I would definitely rent with Charlie Car Rental again. Don't know why took me so long to rent from a home base car rental. From the time my husband and I got picked up from the airport to the time we got the keys to the car rental, it took no more than 30 minutes, yes it was fast. The car was comfortable, we do recommend to purchase the AutoExpreso which is like the EZPass, very convenient trust me, save time and money. The crew also were very serviceable and knowledgeable.
he asked for personal car insurance----according to the card if i use my personal car insurance --the credit car will no cover nothin in case of accident-----------------itold the guy if you charge my insurance they will increase insurance-------the guy gave a karate verbal asault--he sais --" that is your problem beetween you and your insurance" I was surprise --i suppose to leave that place at soon -he said that ---i was very stupid and continue with the rent

Llegué al car rental y había mucha gente para alquilar, la guagua venia llena de personas, pensé habrá carros para todos? Y en menos de media hora iba en mi carro camino a Fajardo, el staff es muy agradable y trabajan rápido, para la próxima vuelvo a alquilar con Charlie car rental.

The windshield wipers on the car didn't work well at all, which was tricky in the rain. Otherwise, we were very pleased with the vehicle and the service we received. Definitely would return!
