The windshield wipers on the car didn't work well at all, which was tricky in the rain. Otherwise, we were very pleased with the vehicle and the service we received. Definitely would return!

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Our insurance company told us we were covered in Puerto Rico but it turns out we were not. The agent was extremely helpful as we worked through the issue with our insurer while we were at the pick up counter. They adjusted the length of the rental while it was being looked into further. We were then able to make final adjustments the next day over the phone after it was all sorted out. They were very easy to deal with.
