Felix waited on us when we picked up & returned the car. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The car was very dirty inside and out which is why I only rated satisfactory on the vehicle. The drivers who picked us up and dropped us off at the airport were great as well. Super customer service and no bait and switch. By far our best car rental experience ever.
There was significant damage to vehicle.

Great car, great service
Everything went very smoothly, even though I had booked for the wrong dates. My booking was amended no problems. The vehicle was excellent and so was the service.
The person at the counter was kinda rude when I had problems with my credit card and upon the return shuttle driver was rushing me and I have just pulled into the return bay and not processed my return rented a few times before never had this kinda of treatment might consider another rental company next time
This is not the first time and will not be the last.
Have rented from before and would definitely rent from again!
