I was given the car key and told where I might find car, the staff person returned to back room, did not go out to car with me at 4am. I was by myself and no one else around. In addition, when turned car off, and then went back to turn on, the key could not turn it would get stuck and I could not turn car on. I had to jiggle the key and the wheel to get it to unlock. very frustrating. I have always used Charlie but was disappointed with the service, and possiby being stranded because of key
The vehicle I had reserve wasnt available when I got there, however, they told to call the next day to verify if it was turn in already and someone was going to drove it to my hotel. They sure did what they promised. That made my day :) excellent customer service!

Regarding the covenience charge for full tank of fuel and not having to fill up. I thought was a great idea, but WHAT they dont tell you is that if theres still gas in tank your not reimbursed for the difference of what's left in there.
