Regarding the covenience charge for full tank of fuel and not having to fill up. I thought was a great idea, but WHAT they dont tell you is that if theres still gas in tank your not reimbursed for the difference of what's left in there.
Charlie is the best rental in Puerto Rico. Low cost, good cars, quick pickup at airport, very courteous.
We were running late for our departure from Puerto Rico. We called Charlie's in Isla Verde, and the had the shuttle bus waiting and paperwork ready they did there best to get me and my family to the airport at 5:30 in the morning.Thank You guys.
We received the very best of service from Charlies. Great value, very nice car, good rates. Friendly and informative staff. They even have a drop off station near the cruise lines port and will shuttle you to your ship for free sfter you turn in the car. Ralph was so friendly and made us laugh out loud with some stories. Outstanding.
When I first picked up the car, the one larger guy behind the desk was very rude. His tone of voice was not what I expected at 7pm at night after coming back from work. The car rental place actually only rents out toy cars this things are tiny and terrible. Fun fact a surprise 250 dollar deposit should be included on the initial quote not just a surprise at the end. Why am I providing my insurance information shouldn't that only be presented if there is an accident. 1 star terrible service:
