Great price and services
Long line when I got there, so did have to wait a bit. Woman was extremely lovely & had to multi take quite a bit.
Small place but very efficient and easy to work with. Easy return as well. Everything went smoothly & I Would highly recommend and would use Charlies again!

Fast airport pick up, quick delivery of car and I was out the door! Excellent place on the island from which to rent.
it would be nice if your counter staff would ask if we need any assistance. i was traveling alone with a baby so i left my luggage unattended while i went to get the car, then the baby was crying, so i finally had to go back inside and tel one of the counters guys to go get the car for me so i and help me load the car while i attended to the baby. also, you should allow us to sign up for your loyalty program on your website. i couldn't do this time, the shuttle was leaving
