I didn't know I had to call for the shuttle. As a result, I had to wait close to 30 minutes waiting time after I called for pick up status. Other than that, it's a no-brainer to use Charlie over any competitors. You guys rock!

I have been renting from Charlie for about 30 years and with luck will do so for many more.
My only suggestion is that pick up at the SJU airport could be quicker and with more information about how long the pick-up will take.
