I have rented from this company several times in the past and the service and value has been excellent .
We picked up the car not in isla Verde because of our cab driver not knowing where to go. The lady there was the best! Very helpful and friendly

All worked fine. rental period was extended when flight was delayed two days.
Nice service, good car and no hidden fees. My only issue was no one responded when I called to be picked up at the airport

I have rented from Charlies a few times over the years and they are always great, the counter ppl are very courteous and attentive. the drivers that pick up from the airport are amazing, they even wait by the curb when they see you coming.
I will continue to rent from them every-time I go to Puerto Rico.
