Primeramente mi reservacion fue para un midsize car, me dieron un compact. Yo reclame y me lo cambiaron. La visibilidad de ese carro era pesima, parece tener un jabon pegado en el cristal delantero y las dos ventanas no se le iba. Cuando llovia era horrible y en la noche con la humedad.

Charlie car is the best company. This is my 4th time that I rented.
It was a good experience. Car was not too clean, but acceptable. I´d like the agents would be more ¨customer oriented¨...
I had to return the first car after a few days because a light came on. I should have been offered an upgrade or discount. The 1nd car had some bodily damage that i would have thought not acceptable.
We always rent at Charlie's they never let me down #1 in my books.
