I had to return the first car after a few days because a light came on. I should have been offered an upgrade or discount. The 1nd car had some bodily damage that i would have thought not acceptable.
We always rent at Charlie's they never let me down #1 in my books.

Our only complaint was that we didnt have a GPS so we eventually got lot.
