The vehicle rented was a great vehicle, but it was received in DIRTY condition. Seemed as if it was not cleaned since the last renter returned it. This has never happened before. Hope it was a fluke thing.
I have been depending on Charlie Car Rental in Isla Verde since 2005. Always exellent service. Only one small complaint this year...and that is we had to wait for our pick up for a little while. But overall, employees are excellent professionals and I will always depend on Charlie Car Rental when visiting the Island and I will recommend to everyone..

After having a horrible experience with another car rental company at the Aguadilla airport I was skeptical about renting for a local company. the service was excellent and the rate was fantastic! Will rent from them again.

this was my third time renting with Charlie Rent a car. they are very friendly and their rates are comfortable. Very happy with their vehicles.
Overall we had a very pleasant experience. The office staff was friendly, although the driver who picked us up could have been a little more friendly (he never really spoke). Overall, very satisfied with the car and the value. Will rent again in the future.
