This is my first experience with CCR, Initially I have a bad experience because they give me a car with smoke smell. They made the changes for another one as fast as posible but they don't refuse about unavailability.
We rent from charlies every time we are in puerto rico....good experience...no pushing to purchase insurance

Likely the best car rental experience I have ever had!
I did not like the Charlie car rental stickers in front n back of car bumper. I was nervous parking in certain places afraid it would be vandalized. Better option...place then inside of glove compartment.

Convenient outside airport car rental option. Does require a little more time than airport options, but good value for the $. Will save cash in the trade of a little bit extra time.
