I have been renting from CHARLIE for over 25 years and as always your service and your staff are great.
I would like to make a special mention on MANUEL PEREZ from your Aguadilla office. I had to make a last minute extension of the rental as well as changing my drop off point and he was fantastic. From my business experience it is employees like that that keep customers coming back. Thank You Manuel.

Rental vehicle was fine with the exception of low anti-freeze. I would however recommend Charlie to others visiting Puerto Rico.
I think the tolls should be included in any rental car. Thank you Charlie rental !!! :-D
Best car rental
Very friendly and professional. Rate was great and I would recommend Charlie car rental to anyone staying in the area.
The staff at the counter were extremely rude. They acussed us of scratching the front bumper although it was there when we first picked up the car. The Rep went to the back to check the car's records and came back with the deposit receipt but not once did he apologies. Will never rent from Charlie and will give a bad review on every site possible.
We were charged a $25 fee for "cleaning" when we brought the car back despite the fact we stopped at a gas station and vacuumed it out ourselves before we returned. They said there was "pet hair" in the car... okay yes we had a pet but didn't feel there was an over abundance of hair or dirt (again we did vacuums it out before we brought it back) to warrant a fee. We were not told we would incur fees if the car was returned dirty. Not a super big deal, but would have been nice to know upfront.

I always rent with them due to the overall great service they always provide. But this past time I had a little hiccup where I was unaware of an extra fee ($4.99 per day) that according to them was new and mandatory; my insurance didn't covered it. They should of inform that at booking. Also they gave me a car that although was new it had some maintenance issues that came up a few days later. This is just constructive criticism, hopefully they take notes and keep providing their great service!
I always rent my car to Charlie Auto, they are reliable, friendly. very prompt and there rates are great compare to other company.
