I am a loyal customer of Charlie's and have recommended several people. There is no loyalty program that offers benefits to return customers. An issue was when I wanted to change my credit card when I returned the vehicle but was refused. The option was made available when I rented the vehicle therefore I was dismayed by the new policy. Moreover there was a long wait for the return. Also the staff was pleasant previously but this visit not at all.
Charlie's personnel are always friendly and display great courtesy and respect. Prices are always lower than the competition and have a good car selection. The shuttle vehicles are greatly improved. Charlie's car rental is always my first choice when traveling to Puerto Rico.

The staff is professional, and the rental cars are new and clean. I travel to Puerto Rico 2-3 times per year and I always use Charlie's car rental.

I always rent with Charlies and so far have never had any inconviniences. Staff is very friendly and knowledgable. One suggestion is having an office closer to the Cruise terminals, having it on Ashford is a hassle. Other than that, I will keep recommending Charlies to all my friends.
