The process was smooth, no delays, no hidden fees. In less than 20 minutes Inwas out enjoying my vacation. Upon return they immediatley gave me my toll amount and paud it off.
The only thing that i didn't like is the information about insurance in the website. They had to explain it to me in the office

The card cover the collision insurance
The agent still make me to buy liability insurance for the whole week rental
If out of states driver rental requires liability insurance mandatory, please list it in web site upfront

I loved renting from Charlie's! I made a reservation online the same day and an hour later I was in a Kia, on my way to the rain forest! The car drove well and everything was fast and easy, when I dropped off the car as well! I will only use this rental service whenever I travel to PR! Thanks again Charlie's!
