Very pleased, rent at Charlie's twice a year.
Much cheaper than the other car rentals. Shuttle service to and from the airport was quick. Great service.
Bring a copy of your car insurance declaration page. If you have full coverage you will not need their insurance but they will want to see it.

Auto rented had "engine light" indicator on. Not sure why.
The process was smooth, no delays, no hidden fees. In less than 20 minutes Inwas out enjoying my vacation. Upon return they immediatley gave me my toll amount and paud it off.
The only thing that i didn't like is the information about insurance in the website. They had to explain it to me in the office
