I hold the American bank chase credit card and a Canadian driver
The card cover the collision insurance
The agent still make me to buy liability insurance for the whole week rental
If out of states driver rental requires liability insurance mandatory, please list it in web site upfront

I loved renting from Charlie's! I made a reservation online the same day and an hour later I was in a Kia, on my way to the rain forest! The car drove well and everything was fast and easy, when I dropped off the car as well! I will only use this rental service whenever I travel to PR! Thanks again Charlie's!

When I arrived July 7 th 2016 at around 11am or so there was to lines I was on one waiting like everyone else when it's was my turn the man at the counter was asking me for my drivers license and credit card and all of a sudden he just ask told me he had to attend the other person that was on the other line saying there was no two line very rude unprofessional and a liar
We always rent with Charlie when traveling to Puerto Rico and very satisfied with their services.
