Always rent with Charlie when I go to Puerto Rico, always friendly and good cars.
This has been by far, the best rental agency I've rented from in Puerto Rico.
Overall is good. My insatisfaction is based on the insurance matter. I totally disagree with the fact that Charlie Car Rental would not honor my own car insurance. The clerk told me that I may decline their insurance but if something happens I would be charged for the full amount to my credit card and then I have to seek for my insurance coverage. That is totally unaceptable for me. So, for that only reason, I will not rent from Charlie anymore. I am not taking risks.
Have rented vehicles from Charlie for the past 8 years and almost always gotten an excellent deal. Occasionally, the vehicles have been a bit over worn. They always have a clear explanation about all the charges. The deposit is always returned to my account before I get back home.
Will most definitely rent again from Charlie, everyone was very professional and car was exactly what I needed.

Easy process from booking to picking up. Very glad they had baby car seat and a booster! Baby car seat, could have been cleaner though, and looked out of date...just saying.
