Renting from Charlie Car Rental has been, by far, my best car rental experience ever! Charlie Car Rental will, from now on, be my "go to" guys when I need to rent a car when I'm in Puerto Rico!
Really good service. Great service would be if you offered GPS rental. My cell phone has no service on the island and driving was a bit stressful at times without GPS.

All of the logistics were fine. My disappointment and disgust was with how I was communicated with as a customer. Charlie's was recommended by family that has a condo right across from Charlie's and has everyone that visits use them. It is sad that I won't be able to tell him I wasn't happy with the customer service.
