We always had problems with non-local agencies. When we came to the island we were charged three times what it said online for an economy car. This time we decided to use Charlie Car Rental and the service was excellent. Communication, service and price were wonderful.

I had a family emergency in which I had to fly out make fast changes move quickly, as always Charlie has been my 1st choice as I've had a great experience time and time again. In this particular occasion I needed to change the vehicle do to some unfortunate uninvited friends in the vehicle and since I was closer to the office in Aguadilla I went in and I was helped as soon as I walked in.
