Very pleased with my rental experience and will most definitely will rent with Charlie again. All staff members were pleasant, quick and helpful.

The car was fine but had some apparent recall issues as the engine light came on twice during the week causing us to bring it back to charlie to be checked each time. We were told it was some recall issue with the gas cap/tank sensor.
There was a mix up with the price and the agent was about to charge me $700.00 dollars for the week including the security deposit. But after I showed him the reservation receipt he made the necessary adjustments and the price was closer to what it should have been.
Very professional and always meets the standards that are needed.
