I have rented Charlie before and have been very satisfied with their service.
It was as expected from most agencies a little pricey but expected for the time of year

Everything went exactly as planned -- we got the car we ordered online and at the time we expected. A little bit of a wait at the front desk when getting the car but no big deal since they were busy. Checking the car back in was super fast. Great location - walking distance to hotels Island Verde. The ability to get the fast pass for tolls as great. It would have been helpful for the staff to tell us that there were gas stations a few blocks away since we didn't get prepay gas but we figured out

Me encanta charlie rent car pero esta vez me dieron un carro que no tenía él tanque de gasolina full y el carro jalaba para el lado como si estuviera desaliniado. Llame para cambiarlo pero me dijeron que no tenían nada por el momento. También llame para agregarle a mí alquiler cinco días más y la muchacha que me atendió quería cobrarme 250.00$ por cinco días cuando busque en la pajina encontré cinco días por 150.00$ so estuve que hacer otra reservación, llevar el carro para recoger
