I caught a flat tire and they helped me out fast and efficiently
Process was quick and easy
I had to stop shortly after picking up the vehicle and inflate the right rear tire since the warning on the dash came on. It was down to 26PSI. Once done, it was okay for the rest of the rental period
I've rented from Charlie several times, and will continue to do so when visiting Puerto Rico. Great agency!

The first thing they try to bump you for xtra stuff that you never used , second thing is the switch you to a car just because and you are all ready there so you can d lo nothing the guy was extremely rude with everybody pushing and change the car I was pay for bad expirience at the moment I did return the car I ask the cashier o rep that i never used the 60 dollars and he claim they don’t do refunds over all very bad expirience I won’t recommend this company I have a lot people I will tell
