Great rental process. It was very efficient and the staff were all helpful. The price is the best in town. The only issue I had was that I did not have an option to choose from cars in the same class. Other than that, everything was excellent, he car performed perfectly and I would definitely come back again.

I travel to Puerto Rico often and used to look around fr best car rental deals, now I just go to Charlie's, best treatment, most efficient and best price. Highly recommend it to all my friends.

The rate was great and the service how ever there phone had no service so they couldn't call to get picked up.....When I did the online rental reservation I request and a Honda he receive a Kia Rio we went to the office to change it cuz all the lights in the dash went on so we receive another vehicle.....Another thing I pointed to the rep was that the bumper sticker on the vehicle is not really a good idea especially for tourist it give people knowledge....I will rent again
