I go to Puerto Rico twice a year and rent from Charlie's every time been renting from them before the past 20 years
I have said in several occasions that as regular customers, we would like to rent the car without the Charlie bumper sticker. The company is well known does not need advertisement. It is too risky for car jacking or other criminal act. Thanks
Charlie Car Rental it's a great car rental. No complain
The shuttle advertised was not available to pick us up or return us to the cruise terminal. We were reimbursed for cab fare to get to the rental location, but we were not helped back.

The staff was very helpful, extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I was extremely satisfied with the vehicle (comfort, mobility, space, speed, etc). For the last few years, every time I have been down in PR I have rented from Charlie's and will continue to do so. Staff at both locations that I have rented from (Aguadilla- Leslie Anne and Jessica) as well as Isla Verde (Johnathan, and Alvarez) were top noch (spell check please) .
I picked up the car at one location and dropped off near airport. Service was great all staff very helpful.
