The staff was very helpful, extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I was extremely satisfied with the vehicle (comfort, mobility, space, speed, etc). For the last few years, every time I have been down in PR I have rented from Charlie's and will continue to do so. Staff at both locations that I have rented from (Aguadilla- Leslie Anne and Jessica) as well as Isla Verde (Johnathan, and Alvarez) were top noch (spell check please) .
I picked up the car at one location and dropped off near airport. Service was great all staff very helpful.

Wait time to get vehicle was VERY long and to return car was long, not as long as pick up, but still long. It appeared under staffed for the volume of business.
