Wait time to get vehicle was VERY long and to return car was long, not as long as pick up, but still long. It appeared under staffed for the volume of business.
I felt that the explanation of auto toll express was very confusing. We did not understand how it made a difference if we purchased the 10 dollar plus tolls or not. For those from outside the country It would be appreciated for a better understanding. Other than that, the gentleman working were very helpful.
