Checkout was slow - only one person available to process return (at 530am) and there were as many as 4 customers waiting for pickup or return. People have early flights coming in or going out and based on information provided by reservations and returns adjustments to staffing can be anticipated.
Service was great but the car was very dented and scratched

My family and I were very satisfied with the rental. Our party of 7 with 5 luggage surprisingly fit. Although the office was not located in the San Juan airport, they provided quick and friendly transportation to and from the airport. The vehicle itself was in excellent condition. Charlie Car rental saved our vacation because no other agency had a van available for our dates at the rate we desired. I will be renting from them again and referring friends and family.
