Stood in line for an hour to check in. Place was packed and staff was somewhat rude.

The guy that took care of me was very mean and did not wanted to hear anything that I had to say I rented many times before and I had no problems but is ok my money goes where I go they're lost😡😡😡✈️

My family and I were very satisfied with the rental. Our party of 7 with 5 luggage surprisingly fit. Although the office was not located in the San Juan airport, they provided quick and friendly transportation to and from the airport. The vehicle itself was in excellent condition. Charlie Car rental saved our vacation because no other agency had a van available for our dates at the rate we desired. I will be renting from them again and referring friends and family.

Charlies car rental was more then I expected, great customer service, car was really good so was prices, was in and out picking up and dropping off the car in no more then 15 minutes,shuttle service was also great....will definitely rent from them again.
