I have been renting from Charlie for years, every time I come for vacation. Staff is always friendly, courtious and professional. My thank you to Venus who has always service me with great customer service.
We were in a pinch getting back to the airport and the staff promptly took charge and helped the return customers first, making us priority and getting us back to the airport in ample time . Amazing and friendly staff. I would always use this company on my trips to Puerto Rico.
Have used charlies rentals every time but one when I have traveled to PR. With that said will never go anywhere else. Best value and service⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
