I have been renting from Charlie for over 25 years. I travel to San Juan at least 3 times a year for the last 25 years and I have never in those years rented from any car rental but Charlie. Charlie provides excellent service and good value for money.

Although our Jeep wasn't available they offered to have one delivered to our hotel and discounted our rate which made up for the mishap.
The only thing I would complain about is that it took too long when returning the vehicle. It did not look like there was an established system to get this task done in a timely manner. Other than that everything was excellent.
I have been unable to register my last two rentals on the frequent renter program (belly) because the software was down. This is the only negative issue I can offer.
Every time I visit PR, this location is my stop for cars!!!! Awesome people!!!!! Johnny treated us great!!!! Until next time
