I have been unable to register my last two rentals on the frequent renter program (belly) because the software was down. This is the only negative issue I can offer.

I am very happy with my experience with Charlie Car Rental for my first visit to Puerto Rico. Anyone worried about not recognizing the name as opposed to those found at the airport, has nothing to worried about. My partner and I paid half as much and got twice the service. Very pleased!
