We rent from Charlie Car Rental 4 times a year. We will not rent from anyone else.
Everyone, every time, from the shuttle driver to the office agent, to their service department are incredibly courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, & customer service oriented & driven to give their customers the best service every time.
We have rented from them for at least the past 15 years & never have had a single complaint.

Great service and cheap considering other rental companies in the San Juan area. During our trip, we hit the curb a little to hard and got some damage. We took it to them and the repairs were cheap and they have us no trouble. Would definitely recommend.
