I have been renting from Charlie's for 20 years. Best value & service
The company did not have a car that was under my insurance coverage. The manager of the store did not return the phone calls as he promise. The manager did not try his best to provide a car that would off been under my personal insurance coverage or work with me on a better rate. I had to go through the inconvenience of going to the store on three different days with small children, just to be able to get a quote that was close to what my insurance was willing to pay. Totally unprofessional!

When I initially went to see the car, and there was a very rude person at the counter that made me feel frustrated I had to walk out and make the reservation online. I hope he learns to treat people with respect.
