Really bad

Charlie's Car Rental is #1 for me. I have rented for more than five years with them and I have never had a problem. Their staff are always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had an issue with any of the cars that I have rented. I always recommend this agency to my friends and family. Keep up the good work.
Staff was knowledgeable and courteous. Pickup and drop off was easy. Shuttle transportation was great, airport nearby.

I rented a Nissan SUV (from the company's web-site). What I got was KIA SUV and not a 4 X 4 drive. I was informed that the renter does not offer 4 X 4's, except for the Jeep Wrangler. This information should be clearly noted on the company's web-site, to avoid disappointment at pick up time.
