I use Charlie's whenever I travel to PR because you have a better rate. During my visit my online reservation had the wrong date and you honored my online rate for the correct date. I appreciate that.

Jessica is the manager at the Aguadilla Charlies Rental car place. She is always knowledgeable and very professional.
Had an unexpected $13 charge, I assume from tolls. Not a big deal, but would have been nice to have known. Awesome overall experience though!
Condition/age of vehicle below expectation
My entire family only rents from Charlie Car Rental. Great friendly staff. Plus, the website is easy to use. I will always recommend this company from friends traveling from New York, Florida and Chicago.
The car was great. It save me a lot of gas. The only thing I was not happy was that the car was given to me with scratches on the passages side. Other than that no problem.
