My best car rental experience in San Juan, car was ready, clean and we wait only 10 min for shuttle bus and 10 minutes for the car

Staff and car excellent. Would have helped to have instructions about where to wait for the van at the airport-had to call to find out. . Vans do not run frequently, making the dropoff tense, since we were dropping off at Isla Verde and needed to get to the airport. They had not said we needed to close out the account before we got on the van, so only after the van arrived did they tell us to check out first, making others wait. But we were happy to get a car for Xmas week from a good agency

Charlie Auto is the best car rental company in Puerto Rico. I have been renting from them for over 25 years and they never disappoint.
We had a great experience - we cut it a little bit close on returning the vehicle because there was only one employee to help us with the returning process and a very long line. If there were two employees, I believe it would have been a better experience. But the employee that helped us did a great job.
