Have been renting from Charlies car rental for about ten years, I always had a good experience, this year was different the employee that handle me was asking for some information from my insurance which I never heard of in ten years that I have been renting from the and we called our insurance company which is a very good insurance State farm and they had never heard of this information that they were requesting, they made me sign all this papers saying that I didn't have loss of use??? anybody

our van was not ready the first day so we had to use an older van for one day- But Charlies actually came to the beach we were at to trade it out for us- Very nice of them.
The only problem we had was the waiting at the port to go and pick up the car. Miscommunication as to where to wait for the pick up van.
